Every obstacle shares the same three elements—where you are, where you want to be, and the question of how you’ll make it from here to there. Paradox answers that question for customers every day, with access solutions that help them traverse rough, unstable, and seemingly impassable terrain. Along the way, we make responsible choices, acting in the best interests of our people, our projects, and the environments in which we operate.

We’re proud to offer turnkey earthworks services, access mats, engineering, and geosynthetics/geocell services and solutions for public and private industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects across the country that uphold these standards. We’re committed to going the distance to make sure people and organizations across the country have safe, reliable access to the places they need to be when they need to be there.

Our Philosophy

In 2004, Marc Breault founded Paradox Access Solutions with a vision to revolutionize the roadbuilding industry. He would accomplish this by staying true to three key goals:

People

Employees would be more than just a number.

Responsibility

The words “environmental” and “roadbuilder” would coexist.

Seek new ways to improve

Innovation

Our innovations would redefine standards across the country

Our innovations would redefine standards across the country

Today, our daily decisions are guided by tenets rooted in the same good intentions:

Maintain open communication, internally and externally.

Providing sustainable solutions that work for the environment -not against it.

Creating opportunities for the people and communities we partner with.

Educating prospects and customers about the benefits of our technologies
